CareerCraft is a subscription-based, AI-powered platform providing tools for career document optimization, including: AI Resume Optimization, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, AI Career Content Writing, Smart Job Matching, and Interview Preparation.

2.2. Nature of Service

The Service is based on algorithms and models. While we strive for accuracy, the output is informational and suggestive. The Service is a tool to assist you; it is not a substitute for professional human judgment or consultation.

2.3. No Guarantee of Employment

CareerCraft does not guarantee that using the Service will result in a job offer, interview, or any specific career outcome. Job search success depends on numerous factors outside of our control. We are not liable for any employment or career decisions you make.

3.1. Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1. Pricing

The Service is offered under various subscription plans (e.g., Seed, Forge, Artisan, Master, etc.) for a fee, as detailed on the Website's pricing page. All prices are subject to change upon notice.

4.2. Billing and Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel the subscription through your account settings or notify us prior to the renewal date.

4.3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

4.4. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, if no paid features are used. After the 14-day period or paid features are consumed, all fees are non-refundable. If refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
